Healthy cuisine and genuine, based only on Venetian and especially Treviso recipes satisfies the demands of the most demanding palates. Simple and often "rusteghe" recipes to taste the dishes more homegrown rediscovering the taste of flavors often forgotten. Furthermore the pride of the kitchen of the Podere del Convento is the constant research and development of traditional recipes. An opportunity to rediscover dishes and almost forgotten flavors often decidedly "new".
 
Rich pioneer full of agricultural products, the result of a stubborn obstinacy to produce natural, are the greedy attraction for gourmets and for those who appreciate the quality of the natural products.
 
Peaches, strawberries, cherries, apples, kiwis and plums are the fruit of a more generous land, worked in the most absolute respect for the environment, on which they breed chickens, guinea fowl, ducks, geese, turkeys, rabbits and pigs for production unmistakable scent of sausages, hams, sausages and sopresse processed no dyes or preservatives and seasoned long in ventilated and dry cellars.
